OUR APPROACHOur Speedwell project team utilised agile methodology to deliver the project on time and on budget. Zarraffa’s Coffee user research and staff feedback guided the app’s functionality. Zarraffa’s Coffee are a customer centric organisation and feedback from research highlighted critical needs and desires for the app:
- Browse the menu and understand dietary and nutritional information.
- Transfer existing membership Z$ onto the new digital apps.
- Seamlessly recover passwords and membership accounts
- Ability to earn and redeem Zarraffa’s Z$.
- An easier way for instore staff to find and validate their Zarraffa’s Coffee membership.
Giving foreign visitors the ability to successfully navigate both domestic and international terminals was an important part of the development. The objective was to provide an information rich experience to provide peace of mind and enhance their overall view of Brisbane.
The app is designed to be multi-lingual to accommodate the needs of the growing visitor market from Asia. The initial launch was released with content available in simplified Chinese and has since been expanded to include Japanese and Korean.
THE SOLUTIONZarraffa’s Coffee already had a well-established community of coffee lovers who have a high expectation for level of service and timely member communications. Member email and SMS communications before the project were delivered regularly via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
A critical requirement of the project was the ability for the Zarraffa’s Coffee Marketing Team to manage and update app content, our ability to deliver the app on time, on budget and with a two-way Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration. Not only did Speedwell achieve this, but we also gave members the ability to manage their email and SMS marketing preferences from the app.
