Prowler Proof wanted to increase their customer service levels by giving real-time factory-floor timeline information directly to their vast dealer network.  This meant that when customers asked their dealer for updated timelines on delivery and installation, the dealers had the information at their fingertips and were able to lock in installation dates on the spot.

THE CHALLENGE

Prowler Proof manufactures and sells high quality security doors and window screens via an accredited dealer network throughout Australia and the Pacific. Prowlerproof prides itself on being easier to deal with than any of its competitors and strives to reduce the paperwork and administrative time spent by its dealers to ensure they can maximise their own income.

 

A requirement existed for a mobile application that would support the vast dealer network and have them effectively represent the Prowler Proof brand. This meant enabling them with the right tool to be able to operate ‘on the go’ in a more efficient manner. A combination of functional, performance and privacy issues needed to be factored into the solution.

THE SOLUTION

Speedwell supported the thinking and development of the new mobile app. We worked closely with Prowler Proof’s IT team and specialist skills in IOS Application development, Project Management, User Experience, Integration and Infrastructure and software development.

 

The solution addressed a number of identified issues between Prowler Proof and their authorised dealers by equipping dealers with the ability to: update order information ‘on the go’; respond quickly to generate real-time quotes; reduce human error in the measuring process and get valuable information to buyers quickly. Implementing information security protocols was critical to ensuring dealer information, customer information, and household information was secure.

Prowler Proof’s mobile application provides a unique offering from Prowler Proof that gives dealers and consumers another reason to engage with Prowler Proof and their products.
